About this tool

Note: The Note Reading Trainer can not be used with Internet Explorer at this time.

Use this tool to learn reading and writing musical notes.
There are three modes: reading, writing and reading intervals.
In reading mode, you will be prompted a note on the stave and you have to press the corresponding button below.
In writing mode, you will be prompted the name of a note and you have to press the corresponding location on the stave.
In interval reading mode, you will be prompted two notes and you have to select the corresponding quality and quantity of the interval on the buttons below.

In all modes, you have 30 seconds to give as many correct answers as possible.
You get 1 score point per correct answer.
